We are looking for a special family for a very special little boy. Rosen is 2 years old and currently living with a foster family in Bulgaria.

Rosen has been diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy and blindness and presents with significant motor delays. He is in need of a family who can support his unique needs and shower him with love and support to reach his full potential.

Rosen’s foster parent share that Rosen has a very well-developed sense of sound. He listens carefully and enjoys being talked to and being around people. In particular, he loves to listen to nursery rhymes. He especially enjoys the company of other children – this tends to bring a smile to his face as he listens intently!

Rosen’s foster parents share that they believe he is able to see some silhouettes and his forehead wrinkles when he faces the sun. When placed in his specially adapted chair, Rosen likes to play with toys that play melodies or sounds and likes to press the keys of the toy himself. Rosen is a good eater and sleeper. He loves the water and bath time is his favorite! He kicks and laughs out loud with glee.

Rosen is dependent on his caregivers for support. He currently receives physiotherapy which continues to strengthen his movements and his mobility. When barefoot, he is now able to take steps, walking with the support of his two hands.

Rosen’s information is available through our Foreign Supervised Providers in Bulgaria until January 15th 2020.
