We met Jace in 2024 and just visited with him again on our most recent trip to Colombia. Jace is a soft-spoken, caring, intelligent boy with a strong Christian faith. He likes playing video games but quickly shared that he does not like violence and believes there should be \u201cmore calm in the world.\u201d<\/em><\/strong> Jace enjoys playing any sport that involves a ball, drawing and spending time with his friends. He imagines having a large extended family one day.

QUESTION: What do you want in an adoptive family?
Jace: \u201cI want a family who behaves well and does not believe in yelling and offending or hitting.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Committed to his studies, when Jace grows up he wants to be a technology engineer and make 3D computer figures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jace is described by his caregivers as calm, cheerful and friendly. Jace has a limb difference and is working with the care team around the tough start he had in life and has not let any of this slow him down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
