We are looking for an adoptive family for a sweet little girl named Tessa who is currently living in a foster home in Colombia. She is described by her caregivers as easygoing and enjoys playing at the park and dancing to music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tessa was born prematurely and was exposed to substances in utero. She is diagnosed with Global Developmental Delays, including Hypotonia and Speech\/Language disorder and is receiving weekly therapies. She needs a forever family who can support her in reaching her full potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Children like Tessa, who are considered “waiting children” generally have multi-faceted characteristics and needs which exceed the common characteristics and needs of children otherwise placed in one of our international programs. We are looking for the right family for these children because of their unique needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
