Tommy is looking for his forever family! He turned 2 over the summer and his foster mother in Colombia describes him as smart and funny. He enjoys running and playing and learning new things every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tommy has a complicated birth history, his mother had a chronic medical condition, however, Tommy does not have the same condition. He is developmentally on track for his age.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Children like Tommy, who are considered \u2018waiting children\u2019 generally have multi-faceted characteristics and needs which exceed the common characteristics and needs of children otherwise placed in one of our international programs. We are looking for the right family for waiting children because of their unique needs and vulnerabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
