Ms. Welling worked for several years as a consultant with Raybin Associates in New York City. She was recently President of the\u202fBoard\u202fof the\u202fWilton\u202fLibrary\u202fand\u202fchaired\u202fits\u202fexpansion\u202fproject.\u202fShe\u202fhas\u202fbeen\u202fSenior\u202fWarden at St. Matthew&#8217;s Church and chaired\u202fits new facilities renovation. She currently\u202fis \u202fPresident of\u202fthe\u202fBoard\u202fof the Upper Valley Haven, \u202fa trustee of the Montshire Museum of Science in\u202fVermont, as well as Vice Chair of the\u202fBoard\u202fof Paul Smith&#8217;s College in the Adirondacks. \u202fShe serves on the\u202fBoard\u202fof Spence Chapin as Vice Chair and is committed to its mission of helping children find their forever families through adoption, as Spence helped to form hers.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Board Member since 2011.
