He has extensive experience in leadership, management, policy and business development for health care and humanitarian organizations serving underserved populations. Kevin\u2019s entr\u00e9e into healthcare management began with community health centers and public hospitals more than 30 years ago. Prior to joining ABHNY, Kevin was V.P. for Corporate Partnerships for the U.S. Fund for UNICEF. Kevin also served as Executive V.P. and Chief Operating Officer for Hudson Health Plan, a Medicaid managed care organization.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kevin holds a Master of Public in Health Policy and Management from Yale School of Public Health (YSPH) and a bachelor\u2019s degree in healthcare administration from the University of Pittsburgh. Kevin is a former member of the Association of Yale Alumni Board of Governors and Past President and board director of the Association of Yale Alumni in Public Health (AYAPH).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kevin was named one of Westchester County\u2019s Top Male Executives by the Westchester County Business Journal and received the American College of Healthcare Executives Young Healthcare Executive Award for Eastern New York State. He is also the recipient of the YSPH\u2019s Award for Excellence in Public Health and Yale Medal for distinguished alumni.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I serve on the\u202fboard\u202fbecause 25 years ago Spence Chapin made possible for me and my husband the one thing we wanted more than anything else \u2013 a forever family. Spence Chapin\u2019s commitment to creating families, supporting birth parents and caring for the wellbeing of children continues to fuel my passion to do all I can to further its mission.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Board Member since 2018.
