Conectar a los ni\u00f1os con hogares permanentes, un profundo amor paternal y una sensaci\u00f3n de seguridad para toda la vida: es por eso que hacemos lo que hacemos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Spence-Chapin tiene una orgullosa historia de <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/spence-chapin.org\/es\/adoption-programs\/b1f_lgbt.php\/\" target=\"_blank\">construir familias con parejas del mismo sexo y solteros LGBT<\/a>. Estamos totalmente comprometidos con la igualdad en la adopci\u00f3n y estamos orgullosos de los muchos ni\u00f1os que hemos colocado en hogares amorosos y estables del mismo sexo. Trabajar con la Campa\u00f1a de Derechos Humanos fue un honor. El resultado final fue cumplir con los criterios requeridos para pol\u00edticas y pr\u00e1cticas totalmente inclusivas al trabajar con la comunidad LGBT y obtener el <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"http:\/\/www.prweb.com\/releases\/2013\/10\/prweb11267182.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Sello de reconocimiento de HRC All Children \u2013 All Families\u201d<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>El&nbsp;<a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"http:\/\/www.hrc.org\/resources\/entry\/all-children-all-families-about-the-initiative\" target=\"_blank\">Iniciativa \u201cTodos los ni\u00f1os \u2013 Todas las familias\u201d<\/a>, lanzado en 2007, promueve pol\u00edticas y pr\u00e1cticas que dan la bienvenida a los padres adoptivos y de crianza LGBT. El programa busca mejorar la competencia cultural LGBT entre los profesionales del bienestar infantil y educar a las personas LGBT sobre las oportunidades para convertirse en padres adoptivos o de crianza de ni\u00f1os en espera.
