\nEl Ley de Acreditaci\u00f3n Universal de Adopci\u00f3n Internacional de 2012<\/strong> fue promulgada como ley por el Presidente el 14 de enero de 2013. Requiere que todos los ASP que manejan casos en los pa\u00edses del Convenio de Adopci\u00f3n de La Haya reciban la misma acreditaci\u00f3n seg\u00fan los est\u00e1ndares federales, brindando a las familias que adoptan internacionalmente la seguridad de que, independientemente de d\u00f3nde adopten, el ASP que adopten elija trabajar cumplir\u00e1 sustancialmente con los mismos est\u00e1ndares \u00e9ticos de pr\u00e1ctica y conducta.<\/p>\n
