Sin embargo, hay mucha investigaci\u00f3n y una base de conocimientos sobre los ni\u00f1os en hogares de crianza y, por supuesto, los ni\u00f1os y las familias en general, pero muy poca sobre las familias que se han formado fuera de lo que se considera normal o convencional.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. \u00bfC\u00f3mo empez\u00f3 a interesarse por la adopci\u00f3n?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Hab\u00eda trabajado en hogares de acogida durante mucho tiempo. Siempre fue un plan m\u00edo aprender y trabajar en el campo de la adopci\u00f3n. Con frecuencia trabajabas para que un ni\u00f1o fuera adoptado, pero aprend\u00ed que el resultado final a lo largo de los a\u00f1os no fue tan exitoso como hubieras esperado y, a menudo, el ni\u00f1o regresaba al cuidado de crianza. Algunos d\u00edas estoy en el Bronx en una agencia de cuidado de crianza trabajando en casos de crisis, otros d\u00edas estoy haciendo terapia en nuestras oficinas en Manhattan o Brooklyn. Otras veces estoy trabajando con mi equipo, haciendo trabajo administrativo o asistiendo a un evento para familias.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. \u00bfCu\u00e1l es tu parte favorita de trabajar en Modern Family Center?<br \/>\n<\/strong>El nivel de dedicaci\u00f3n y profesionalismo que cada uno aporta a su trabajo.
