{"id":7264,"date":"2015-06-24T06:19:07","date_gmt":"2015-06-23T18:19:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/spence-chapin.org\/blog-modern-family-center-mentorship-celebration\/"},"modified":"2020-01-08T07:07:40","modified_gmt":"2020-01-07T19:07:40","slug":"celebracion-de-tutoria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/spence-chapin.org\/es\/mentorship-celebration\/","title":{"rendered":"Celebraci\u00f3n de tutor\u00eda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con la llegada del verano, nuestra <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.modernfamilycenter.org\/kids-and-teens\/\" target=\"_blank\">Programa de tutor\u00eda<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;\u00a1Est\u00e1 concluyendo un exitoso octavo a\u00f1o! Sin embargo, antes de las vacaciones escolares del verano, nuestros mentores, aprendices y sus familias participaron en nuestra primera celebraci\u00f3n de tutor\u00eda de fin de a\u00f1o. Durante un delicioso almuerzo, disfrutamos de fotograf\u00edas y videos de los eventos del a\u00f1o, honramos a nuestros cuatro estudiantes de \u00faltimo a\u00f1o que se graduaron (Emily, Lillia, Elena y Pooja, \u00a1quienes han estado colectivamente en el programa durante m\u00e1s de 10 a\u00f1os!) y reconocimos los incre\u00edbles esfuerzos y compromiso de nuestros mentores adultos voluntarios!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al final del a\u00f1o, nos gusta mirar hacia atr\u00e1s y reflexionar sobre lo que hemos logrado. Cuando preguntamos a nuestros adolescentes &quot;\u00bfCu\u00e1l es la mejor parte del programa de tutor\u00eda?&quot; Los temas que escuchamos con m\u00e1s frecuencia son:<br>\u2022 \u201cAprender que hay otras personas como yo y sentirme conectada, compartir historias y encontrar esp\u00edritus afines\u201d<br>\u2022 \u201cConocer a otros adolescentes adoptados que no me conocen de la escuela para poder hablar sobre lo que quisiera\u201d<br>\u2022 \u201cConocer a otras personas que son adoptadas y poder divertirse y hablar sobre la adopci\u00f3n\u201d<br>\u2022 \u201cConocer a otras personas que saben lo que se siente al ser adoptado\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una de nuestras graduadas del \u00faltimo a\u00f1o es Lilia, nacida en Bulgaria y adoptada a la edad de 2 a\u00f1os. Se est\u00e1 preparando para ir a la Universidad Johnson and Wales en el oto\u00f1o para estudiar Gesti\u00f3n Deportiva y ha sido una incorporaci\u00f3n din\u00e1mica, en\u00e9rgica y positiva a el programa. Antes de emprender su pr\u00f3xima aventura, Lillia quer\u00eda compartir sus sentimientos acerca de estar en el Programa de Mentor\u00eda:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/spence-chapin.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/DSC_0163.jpg\" alt=\"DSC_0163\" class=\"wp-image-3330\" width=\"365\" height=\"242\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cRealmente me encant\u00f3 ser parte del grupo de tutor\u00eda. Fue fant\u00e1stico conocer a tantos ni\u00f1os y adultos y compartir nuestras historias de adopci\u00f3n. Para m\u00ed era importante hacer amistad con otros adoptados. Hicimos muchas actividades divertidas: el complejo deportivo Chelsea Piers, una b\u00fasqueda del tesoro, patinaje sobre hielo y juegos en Central Park... \u00a1Tambi\u00e9n espero planear un viaje a Bulgaria en el futuro!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando escuchamos estas palabras y sentimientos, sabemos que estamos brindando un programa necesario e importante para la comunidad de adopci\u00f3n. La tutor\u00eda es un apoyo clave para que muchos adoptados formen una identidad saludable, tengan un lugar seguro e inclusivo para explorar sentimientos genuinamente dif\u00edciles y re\u00fanan a todos los miembros de la constelaci\u00f3n de adopci\u00f3n para apoyar a nuestros j\u00f3venes. Este programa contin\u00faa creciendo y siendo una inspiraci\u00f3n para nuestro personal, nuestros mentores y, por supuesto, los propios j\u00f3venes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfEst\u00e1 interesado en que su hijo se una al Programa de Mentor\u00eda 2015-2016?
