{"id":38085,"date":"2025-04-18T15:06:26","date_gmt":"2025-04-18T19:06:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/spence-chapin.org\/?post_type=leadership_team&#038;p=38085"},"modified":"2025-04-22T11:52:27","modified_gmt":"2025-04-22T15:52:27","slug":"catherine-rocco-goodwin","status":"publish","type":"leadership_team","link":"https:\/\/spence-chapin.org\/yue\/leadership_team\/catherine-rocco-goodwin\/","title":{"rendered":"Catherine Rocco Goodwin"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Catherine Rocco Goodwin is the Executive Director of the Parkinson\u2019s Wellness Foundation and a Children\u2019s Advocacy Advisor working with non-profit organizations focused on children\u2019s welfareIn her early career, Catherine worked in children\u2019s entertainment at Jim Henson and Marvel Comics and for the past ten years, she was CEO of a fitness company that she founded and owned, Exceed Physical Culture, which closed during Covid.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She currently serves on the board of Spence-Chapin, The Francine LeFrak Center for Well-being, Barnard College, and Denison University:&nbsp; Women in Philanthropy committee and is also on the regional board for the university.&nbsp; She and her family have also been Interim Care Providers with Spence-Chapin since 2016 and were a former foster family of the Children\u2019s Aid Society.&nbsp; This past December, she received her master\u2019s in public administration and policy at American University.&nbsp; Catherine graduated with a B.A. from Denison University.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Board Member since 2019.
