In Spence-Chapin\u2019s <a href=\"\/yue\/%e5%9c%8b%e9%9a%9b%e9%a0%98%e9%a4%8a\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u570b\u969b\u6536\u990a\u8a08\u5283<\/a>, we define a Waiting Child as a child who is in need of adoption and is ready to be matched immediately with an adoptive family. We regularly receive information from our international partners about children who are in need of immediate adoption.
