Connecting Children with a Loving Caregiver
Spence-Chapin’s Granny Program supports children living in institutional care who often lack consistent one-on-one attention. Loving caregivers known as Grannies build nurturing relationships that are essential for healthy child development and secure attachment.
Today, Spence-Chapin runs Granny Programs across Colombia, Ghana, and South Africa. They receive extensive training in child care, bonding, attachment, play-based approaches, and supporting children who have experienced loss or trauma.
This Valentine’s Day, your donation supports our special Granny Program and helps expand the love Grannies provide around the world.
