In order to ensure that we provide you with relevant program information as well as a description of the common needs of children awaiting adoption, we require that families attend an introductory webinar for the country they choose to apply for. If you have not yet attended a webinar, please sign up via our 活動日曆. If none of the times work for your schedule, please reach out to our team at [email protected] and we will send you a webinar recording.

If you are interested in our kinship and kinship+ programs, you are not required to attend a webinar and can proceed with the application.

Applications for families living outside of New York

Referral-Based Programs

This application is for those living outside of New York who would like to apply to a referral-based program (meaning you will be matched with a child) in one of the following programs: Colombia, Costa Rica, the Eastern Caribbean, Ghana, or South Africa.

Kinship/Kinship+ Programs

This application is for those outside of New York who would like to apply to a kinship/kinship+ program (meaning you have already identified a child) in one of the following countries: Ghana, Jamaica, or one of the following Eastern Caribbean Countries: Antigua and Barbuda, Grenada, Saint Lucia, Dominica, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, or Trinidad and Tobago.

This service is available at no additional cost to families.
