Catherine Rocco Goodwin is the Executive Director of the Parkinson’s Wellness Foundation and a Children’s Advocacy Advisor working with non-profit organizations focused on children’s welfareIn her early career, Catherine worked in children’s entertainment at Jim Henson and Marvel Comics and for the past ten years, she was CEO of a fitness company that she founded and owned, Exceed Physical Culture, which closed during Covid.
She currently serves on the board of Spence-Chapin, The Francine LeFrak Center for Well-being, Barnard College, and Denison University: Women in Philanthropy committee and is also on the regional board for the university. She and her family have also been Interim Care Providers with Spence-Chapin since 2016 and were a former foster family of the Children’s Aid Society. This past December, she received her master’s in public administration and policy at American University. Catherine graduated with a B.A. from Denison University.
