Ethics & Certifications
The Innovator Seal of Recognition from The Human Rights Campaign establishes Spence-Chapin as a leader in supporting LGBTQ+ youth and families. It shows the world our commitment to inclusion, involving hours of staff training, audits of employee and client policies, and implementation of practices that make these sustainable for the long-term. It also means we push ourselves beyond the solid foundation of inclusion we have built, and demonstrate leadership through initiatives like policy advocacy and organizational partnerships.
