Becky DelGhiaccio has been a Neonatal ICU nurse for 25 years, working at three different Pheonix/Scottsdale hospitals over the course of her career, as well as being the mother of two children. She has extensive involvement with adoption and a deep commitment to creating loving families. She holds experience as a certified childbirth educator, teaching at hospitals and volunteer organizations. Furthermore, she holds the title of a certified infant development specialist and served on a high-risk medical team throughout her career. She is officially retired from nursing in 2020 where she assisted with infant adoptions but continues to prove her passion as an adoptive mother herself. She has been an active volunteer at the organization HopeKids for 15 years, where events and activities are held for children with life-threatening diseases.
