Learn language that will help you better communicate with your teen when you or they want to talk about sex/sexuality. We will discuss terminology like cis gender, gender fluid, pronouns, binary and non-binary.
This event will be facilitated virtually; register below to receive the Zoom link.
The fee for this event is $75 (per individual or per couple), or join us for the full four-part series for $200 (per individual or per couple); the dates of the additional are: October 15th, November 19th, and January 14th. Participation in this event is included in the Mentorship Program fee for parents whose teen is participating in Spence-Chapin’s Mentorship Program.
We will be joined by a featured guest, Rachel Perez.
Rachel (she/they/Rae) is a Queer, Black and Indigenous Person of Color (BIPOC) with a dash of sofrito. They are an award-winning multidisciplinary artist, educator, and adoptee advocate who views the arts as an invaluable vehicle for healing and building community. A theater artist, vocalist, mover, writer, and poet, their work spans multiple genres, contexts and locales.
