Nancy Esposito joined Spence-Chapin in August of 2017 and currently serves as our Chief Consultant for the Development and Events departments. Nancy is a marketing, development, and event specialist with more than 15 years of experience working with clients in both private sector and nonprofit arenas. Nancy began her career on Wall Street, overseeing all event functions for Financial Dynamics. She later served in the luxury retail industry as Director of Events and Catering at Saks Fifth Avenue. After experiencing significant success there, she assumed the role of Director of Development, where she oversaw all fundraising activities, development staff, and liaised with the Board of Directors. During her tenure at The Doe Fund, Nancy helped raise more than $45 million, and presided over the city-wide rebranding of the organization, updating all marketing collateral in the $50 million nonprofit’s portfolio. Nancy next served as Director of Development and Communications at Urban Pathways, a nonprofit social service and supportive housing organization serving homeless adults in the New York Metropolitan Area.
Nancy holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Communications from Marist College and New York University.
