We are looking for a family for a little girl named Sienna who lives in a Children’s Home (Institution) in Colombia. Sienna is friendly, confident and funny and enjoyed telling us jokes during our visit. Her smile lit up the room as soon as she walked in! Sienna likes going to the park, swimming, skating, playing tennis and dancing. She hopes her new family will have a dog and a cat.
Sienna has faced hardships in her young life which has resulted in burn scars on her body. She does not let this stop her and continues to face every day with a positive attitude and hope for the future.
Children like Sienna, who are considered ‘waiting children’ generally have multi-faceted characteristics and needs which exceed the common characteristics and needs of children otherwise placed in one of our international programs. We are looking for the right family for waiting children because of their unique needs and vulnerabilities.
More information about Sienna and his specific needs can be received after speaking with a member of our team.

If you receive and accept the referral of Sienna through Spence-Chapin, you will benefit from the generosity of our new BriDen Adoption Fund, which can offset the costs of adopting an international Waiting Child. The BriDen Adoption Fund is made possible by the generosity of a Spence-Chapin family.
