Forming and maintaining positive relationships is often challenging and having a positive open adoption is no exception. An open adoption is a unique relationship between you, the adoptive family, and the child – and there are no roadmaps to follow. Relationships need commitment and effort to grow and many birth and adoptive parents need support in keeping communication consistent and meaningful.

Whether you placed your child recently or several years ago, this workshop, led by Spence-Chapin professionals, will help guide you on what you can expect and what you can do to have a positive and lasting open adoption experience.

This workshop is free to attend. All registrants will receive a Zoom link to their confirmation email after registration.
