Thank you for taking the time to get to know us. We had an instant connection given our similar sense of humor, life goals, and emphasis on family. We got engaged after hiking to the top of Table Mountain in Cape Town, South Africa; then spent the evening watching an amazing sunset on the beach. Antonis is originally from Cyprus (and speaks Greek) and has lived in the U.S. for 20 years. Patrick is from South Carolina (and also speaks Spanish) and has lived in NYC for almost 10 years. We enjoy living in Astoria because of its ethnic diversity, family neighborhoods, and of course the delicious Greek food. We have always wanted children and are excited to start building the family we have dreamed of.

Our Lives
We are two fun loving, adventurous, family centered people who enjoy socializing with friends and family as much as having a quiet night in. We love international travel and learning other cultures and languages while experiencing the diversity of culinary options. Antonis is a passionate baker while Patrick is a dedicated pediatrician committed to improving the lives of children. We value the simple things in life and find humor an integral part of life. We laugh a lot, play silly jokes on each other and are always there for one another.
Our Family
We both come from loving families who value quality time together. Though Antonis’ family is in Cyprus they are in regular contact and visit at least annually. Patrick is fortunate to visit his mom in South Carolina and nephew, Waylan in San Francisco multiple times a year. We are both recent godfathers of Theo and Leonid and are excited to introduce them to our future child! We also have a NYC family that was built over the years. Specifically, our best friends Frankie and Ricardo live in the same building and are elated to have a child join our family.
Final Thoughts
“Though we will never be able to understand what you are going through, we admire your strength and courage. We are excited to have the opportunity to provide this child a loving, fun and nurturing environment. We look forward to meeting you and exploring what the future may hold.”
