We’re here to help.

There are times when we all can use a bit of guidance. Our team of compassionate and expert therapists can provide you with the tools you need to work through any issue you or your family may be experiencing. We specialize in adoption and adoption-related issues, and use holistic and personalized approaches to help you, your child, or your family member tackle any challenge you are confronting, including anxiety, attachment disorders, grief and loss, depression, parenting challenges, emotion regulation, and stress.

Our team of therapists are experts in their fields and have worked with all members of the adoption triad, at every stage and age—from young children and teenagers, to adults and seniors; from birth parents to new adoptive families to adult adoptees, and everything in between.

No matter where you are in your life journey, we can offer you a safe space to work through any issue without judgement. Your therapist will develop an approach that is catered to you and your specific needs.

We are also offering virtual therapy! This is a challenging time for all of us. Our goal is to make it as convenient as possible for you to get in touch with our therapists online so you can receive the well-being services you need safely and securely.
