An upload constitutes permission to use a person’s likeness and voice in any production, reproduction, distribution, transmission, publication, advertisement, or promotion for the benefit of Spence-Chapin. To ensure the privacy of our families, individuals will not be identified using surnames or personal identifying information without additional written consent from the video/photographed and/or audio recorded subject or parent or legal guardian, when applicable.

By participating in Spence-Chapin’s video upload, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify Spence-Chapin from any and all claims involving the use of your picture, image, likeness and/or voice.
